1. Description of problems : Online festival bill submission problem ()
2. How it generates : when user submit festival bill, message shows ,More than one New Year Allowance bill cannot be saved in a fiscal year user id(Zakaria05 Password: zakaria05 NID: 19644795130522344)
3. Solution : Bypass NID (Bangla new year allowance ) but its not working. informed to Shakib vai.
