Description

1.Description of problems:Those who will not get festival bonus but in unpressed festival report they are included.Need to remove them from festival bill list.
2. How it generates:If JCO is in pre leave, mission or transferred in to civil.
3. Solution:Go to JCO ORS transfer entry menu then transferred following JCO to civil unit.
4.Unit/Pay point:52 Bde
