1. Description of problems- When User try to submit his salary he found " Basic Pay (officer) can't be greater than pay fixation basic salary"
2. How it generates- when the basic pay (officer) doesn't match with Pay-fixation basic salary
3. Solution- I told the respected person to contact his CAFO office to correct his pay-fixation
