Implementation Support

i found several problem regarding same issue which is not our system problem , i suggest them following way

1. Description of problems: Basic pay can not be greater than online pay bill submission
2. How it generates: When officer presses 'Submit' button in pay bill option
3. Solution : officers pay fixation are not approved or updated . I told them to contact accounts office and approve or update their pay fixation information
4. How can development intervention help:
5. Is there any need for capacity development :
6. Pay Point: CAO Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, cao home, cao public admin, cao works
7. Comments if any.
