1. Description of problems- When the user wants to submit the April Month Salary, it showed "an unexpected error has occurred. Please contact the system administrator"

2. How it generates-" ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:\nPLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'LOAD_DETAIL_ONLINE'\nORA-06550: line 1, column 7:\nPL/SQL: Statement ignored "

3. Solution- I contacted Shakib bhai and he solved this problem already.
