1. Description of problems- Helpdesk#76036- In March 2020, I have completed to Refund (GPF Advance) all installment (49). When I am going to submit April Salary, in setting option there is no option to change the General provident fund (Civil)(Refund-Advance).
So, let me allow to cancel the General provident fund (Civil)(Refund-Advance) fee from my current monthly salary.

2. How it generates- In GPF Advance Screen the accounts office entry his GPF advance deduction starts date wrong

3. Solution- I called the respected person and told him to discuss his problem to the accounts office

4. Is there any need for capacity development- No
