1. Description of problems: allowance/House rent cannot be more than 60% of the basic pay
2. How it generates: When officer presses 'Submit' button
3. Solution : This logic under processing , this problem will solved within 2 or 3 days (we consult with rumel vai and he informed us)

I submitted my online pay bill last month where it is shown that the house rent allowance was 17044 and basic pay was 15495 as I am on half-pay study leave. But this month I can't submit pay bill and it is shown that house rent allowance can not be more than basic pay. Here my basic pay will be half (15495) and house rent (17044) will be same as before. Please solve the problem.
