Description of Problems:
1. How it generates: Month Colse. When Click validate, The following Message Shown "UNPOSTED DATA REMAINS FOR THE SELECTED FISCAL_PERIOD AND PAY POINT, cannot close"
2. Solution: After Checking nothing found. Contact to Shakib Bhai, He correct it.
3. Is there any need for development intervention?
4. is there any need for capacity development?
