1. Description of problems:JCO OR'S transfer to civil but JCO name shows at festival bill list.
2. How it generates: If JCO is in pre leave, mission or transferred in to civil.
3. Solution :Go to JCO ORS transfer entry menu then transferred following JCO to civil unit.
